Math Tutoring

Due to the unavailability of our volunteer tutor, free math tutoring in the library is temporarily suspended.

High school math tutoring is a service provided free of charge by volunteer math instructor John Hazell.

John was a high school math teacher for many years, and now works for Cartier Partners Financial Services as an investment and financial advisor.

John provides math tutoring during the school year for grades 8-12 on Wednesday afternoons in the library from 4 to 6 p.m. Tutoring is on a first come, first serve basis though John makes every effort to accommodate all students who show up.

Drop in on Wednesdays when you get off the 3:30 ferry from school.

(No tutoring during the summer months or school vacation periods.)
